Thanks for linking the Professions guide. Very useful.
I just don't understand why the vendors with the new profession recipes are included in the "one daily random visitor" part of 6.1. And not only is getting a profession vendor (as opposed to the daily raid person, or the daily dungeon person, or the relic person, or the bounty person) 1/5, it's a further 1/5 to actually get the Vendor who has the recipe you want (Herb, Fur, Ore, Leather, or Dust; the Herb Trader, for example, has the recipes for Alchemy and Inscription only). And the recipes are BoA, so your BS who happens to get the Herb Trader can't send the Alchemist recipes to the toon with Alchemy. Being able to visit another person's garrison to get access to his/her NPC is OK but not enough to make up for more RNG just to acquire the recipes.Elvine did a very good job with the guide and has been answering questions there if you have any.
you can visit other player's garrisons to get a different vendor
I've been trying to figure out why everyone kept thinking this Jukebox was the greatest thing ever, since I can easily turn on a media player during the game and have music play. Then I realized this game actually has music for zones and I've been playing with the music off for the last 10 years (turned it off when I first got my computer because of resource drainage I wanted to avoid, never turned it back on). Learn something new every day.
It's pretty good music, too. The pity is that it doesn't include plenty of people's favourite songs.
